About Us
Founded by passionate volunteers from the Malayalee diaspora, DMA is a registered, non-profit association that serves as a cultural bridge between Kerala and the United Kingdom. Our members include professionals, families, students, and elders who share a deep appreciation for Malayalam language, traditions, and values.
At the heart of DMA is a commitment to unity, service, and celebration. We believe in creating opportunities for every generation to participate, contribute, and take pride in their roots — while embracing the diversity of our wider Dartford community.
Our Mission
• To preserve and promote Kerala’s cultural heritage through vibrant events, performances, and educational initiatives.
• To foster unity and support among Malayalee families by creating inclusive spaces for social connection and mutual aid.
• To empower youth and future leaders through talent development, academic support, and cultural representation.
• To serve the wider community through charitable outreach, health awareness, and collaborative partnerships.
